StrongBlock Buffer高效封閉液
StrongBlock Buffer有三種類型：Strong Block I，Strong Block II 和Strong Block III。StrongBlock I 含有物理改性和化學修飾的酪蛋白及一種專利成分； StrongBlock II 含有物理改性和化學修飾的牛血清白蛋白及其它兩種專利成分；StrongBlock III 含有物理改性和化學修飾的牛血清白蛋白，異性抗體封閉劑及一種專利成分。
- Block the microplate well by different blocking reagents
- Wash the plates 5 times using 0.5% PBST
- Load 25µL of pembrolizumab (1 µg/mL) into corresponding microplate wells
- Incubate 2 hours at 600 rpm and ambient temperature
- Collect the pembrolizumab solution for electrophoresis and BCA test

產品保存和穩定性：
冷藏保存（4℃）下可保持6個月有效期。使用過程中的反復溫度改變會一定程度降低有效期。產品添加細菌抑制劑，但不可抗使用過程中導致的微生物污染。
